    Disappointed

    I received my Dogs Footsies and have worn one time. Tonight, I noticed the small black rubber bits falling off the bottom of Footsie. This has never happened before. I am very disappointed.

    So sorry to hear about the issue with the footsie Debbie. Rubber isn’t what it used to be. In an effort to reduce global warming, we use rubbers that are made without volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). The tradeoff is, they aren’t as sticky as the old pollution causing compounds. We think this is a fair tradeoff.
    Every floor surface and walking style has a different impact on the rubber’s life span on our footsies. Yours appear to have died pretty quickly! Unfortunately without endangering our environment, we can’t guarantee a lifetime of stickiness.
    We hope you’ll agree that environmental protection is worth sticking to.
