Full Return Policy
  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. 
  • Refunds back to original form of payment are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags, in original packaging.
  • Free return shipping and exchange shipping if you opt in for “Checkout+” at checkout. 
  • Without “Checkout+” return/exchange shipping is customer responsibility.
  • Products purchased in a retail store or other online retailer must be returned or exchanged through that retailer.
  • Items marked Final Sale are ineligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
Returns & Refunds Process
  • Complete your online return application.
  • Receive your return shipping label via email.
  • Place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags in original packaging. 
  • Affix label and deliver to shipper as directed in online returns platform. 
  • Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect for damage. Upon approval you will receive a return confirmation. 
  • Replacement products will ship after you receive the return confirmation. 
  • Worn or damaged products will be denied exchange and donated to a local charity. No refund will be issued. Manufacturer damage is excluded from this policy. 
  • Remaining credit for an exchange can be applied to a Faceplant Dreams gift card that never expires. 
  • Refunds requested to original form of payment are subject to a restocking fee.
