Full Return Policy

• New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and in original packaging.
• Products purchased in a retail store or other online retailer must be returned or exchanged through that retailer.
• Avoid all return fees and receive free return shipping if you select ‘Store Credit’ as your method of return payment.
• Returns to original payment are subject to a restocking service fee. Fee is calculated during the return process based on the value of your return and includes a free return label.
• Items marked Final Sale/Final Few cannot be returned.
• Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.

Returns & Refunds Process

• Once you have completed your return online, you will receive your return label via email.
• Your package can be delivered to any USPS location within 14 days from creating your label.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
• Replacement for the exchanged product will be shipped once your return order is received and approved. If there is remaining credit after your exchange, we’ll issue a Faceplant Dreams gift card for the difference.
• When product is returned for store credit, a Faceplant Dreams gift card will be issued via email once your return order is received and approved.
• Refunds requested to the original payment will be processed once your return order is received and approved.
• This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
• Please note that refunds to original payment can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
• If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, your refund/exchange will be rejected and product will be donated or destroyed.
